Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra do\u011fru beslenme gereklidir.<\/p>\n<h3>Bacak \u0130nceltme Diyeti<\/h3>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle egzersizlerden ba\u015flayacak olursak en etkili bacak inceltme egzersizlerini bacak kald\u0131rma ile ad\u0131m, \u00f6n tekme ile ters hamle, yan bacak kald\u0131rma, plie squat atlama olarak s\u0131ralayabiliriz. S\u0131rt\u0131n\u0131z d\u00fcz olsun ve parmak u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131zda durum. Ard\u0131ndan sol aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011f dizinize \u00e7ekin ve geri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 indirin. Tekrardan sonra ayn\u0131 hareketi di\u011fer baca\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda uygulay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4. Hareket<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc harekette sandalyenin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7in ve sandalyeye arkan\u0131z\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fcn. Sa\u011f baca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 arkaya uzatarak aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131 sandalyeye gelecek \u015fekilde koyun. Bu \u015fekilde sol dizinizi k\u0131rarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 do\u011fru hareket sa\u011flay\u0131n. 10 tekrardan sonra sol baca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u00e7in de ayn\u0131 i\u015flemi uygulay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>5. Hareket<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Son harekette ise ayakta ve kollar\u0131n\u0131z yere paralel olacak \u015fekilde ileri do\u011fru uzat\u0131n. Ard\u0131ndan yava\u015f\u00e7a \u00e7\u00f6kebildi\u011finiz kadar \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcn ve h\u0131zl\u0131ca kalk\u0131n.
